Who is behind lunae?
Carlos Cruz Infante, Ph.D. - MBA
I founded lunae advisory after more than a decade advising Chilean ministers and companies operating in Chile's most heavily regulated sectors — mining, energy, financial services and technology — on political risk, policy strategy and institutional narrative.
My approach is direct and diagnostic. I do not produce reports for the sake of producing reports. I help clients identify the specific political and reputational dynamics that are shaping their operating environment, then build a strategy — and a narrative — that works.
Before founding Lunae, I was the Country Manager of Chile and Peru at Cefeidas Group, where I advised multinationals on government relations and regulatory dynamics across Latin America. I hold a Ph.D. in Political Science and have been published in Diario Financiero, fDi Intelligence (Financial Times Group) and Fintualist.
I trained at La Sapienza University in Rome. I am fluent in Spanish, English and Italian.
